To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. We hold all rights to inspect all items being considered for an exchange based on the condition we received it in. After our inspection of the item and any documentation (ex: Pictures) provided by you, we will determine whether or not we will grant the exchange.
